6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited during our services:

• Smoking or vaping in vehicles
• Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances
• Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
• Damage to vehicle property
• Unauthorized stops or route deviations
• Exceeding vehicle capacity limits
• Bringing prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.)

Violation of these rules may result in immediate service termination without refund and potential legal action.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our vehicles and operations
• Our liability is limited to the actual damage or loss directly caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service

7.2 Your Liability

• You are responsible for any damage to our vehicles caused by your actions
• You assume responsibility for your personal belongings during service
• You are liable for any fines or penalties resulting from your actions

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, strikes, epidemics, or other events that make performance impossible or commercially impracticable.
